TOUCHED DOWN SRI LANKA

JESS Dubai Rugby squad has landed in Sri Lanka and the energy is high! Ready to kick off an action-packed week of rugby! 🏉

Day 2

SHARP AND FOCUSED

“A solid Day 2 for the team 💪 Two training sessions , Tactical and high-energy followed by an ice bath recovery. Spirits are high and focus is on the JESS 7s tournament tomorrow! 🏉🔥❄️”

Day 3

TOURNAMENT UNDERWAY

It was a strong start for JESS Dubai on Day 3 as the tournament got underway in Sri Lanka. The team delivered some excellent performances, showcasing great skill, teamwork, and spirit throughout the day.

EVENING NIGHT OUT

To wrap up their last night in Colombo, the squad enjoyed an exciting outing to the Women’s Cricket World Cup before setting off for Kandy early the next morning to carry on their rugby adventure.

Day 4

KANDY START

JESS boys kicked off their Kandy tour in style, Heading straight into a gym and outdoor S&C session after the long bus ride. No time wasted, straight to work!

Day 5

MATCH DAY ONE IN KANDY

The boys then went straight into their matchday clash against Kingswood, One of the toughest fixtures of the tour. They showed real grit and put up a strong performance in a hard-fought game!

Day 6

FIXTURE TWO IN KANDY

A strong start to Day 2 in Kandy saw the boys put in another solid performance in their second fixture. They worked hard right to the end before wrapping up the day and heading to Negombo to rest up ahead of their flight home.
