We aim to make the booking process for every school tour clear and straightforward. From confirming your educational travel programme and managing payments to understanding pricing variables and cancellation terms, our conditions provide schools with clear expectations at every stage.
Final pricing may be influenced by factors such as destination, group requirements, availability and currency fluctuations. Cancellation and refund arrangements are set out clearly within our Terms & Conditions, allowing schools to plan with greater certainty and confidence
Safety, Safeguarding & Responsibilities
Student safety and wellbeing are central to every Twedex school tour. Our Terms & Conditions set out the responsibilities of Twedex, schools, group leaders and students to support safe, well-managed educational travel.
From safeguarding and supervision to health and safety, behaviour and risk management, clear responsibilities help ensure every tour is delivered to a high professional standard. Twedex Tour Directors and local partners provide support throughout the programme, while schools and group leaders retain responsibility for appropriate supervision and student welfare.
Travel Requirements & Exceptional Circumstances
International school tours can be affected by circumstances beyond the control of the school or Twedex. Our Terms & Conditions outline the key travel requirements and procedures that help schools prepare for changes before and during their educational travel programme.
Schools and travellers are responsible for meeting relevant passport, visa, entry and travel insurance requirements, while Twedex provides guidance and support throughout the planning process. The Terms & Conditions also explain how exceptional circumstances, changes to travel arrangements and force majeure events are managed.
